The context

Coordinating field teams and jobs usually means living on fragmented processes: phone calls to assign jobs, scattered sheets to keep track, double data entry to make the numbers add up at the end of the month.

There was no single place to plan, execute and report. The data existed, but disconnected: no one had the full picture in real time.

What we built

Verso Flow is our own management system for field work, designed and built by us, from the operational logic to the interface.

Three surfaces, one flow: Jobs (every intervention a filterable record, with site, client, team, priority and status), Statistics (load per operator, job mix, trends, no spreadsheets) and Flow AI, which reads the week and answers in natural language, inside the workflow.

The result

One responsive, scalable system instead of scattered processes. Planning, field execution and reporting live in the same flow.

Above all, Verso Flow is the direct proof of our standard: the same level of engineering we apply to every custom project.
